Loved the slideshow! Kaylee is so beautiful! Thanks for the comment on my blog. I love your Eskimo Joe's shirts too. My husband is an OSU graduate so we have a few of those too! :)

Happy New Year!

Hi,

We are also a Pingliang family. Our daughter came home in September 2006 so our daughter and yours woud have been in SWI care at the same time. Are you on the Pingliang yahoo group? Did you get to go the the SWI? We did not but are thinking of a return trip in a few years. Mrs. Yang has been great and emails us sometimes. Our daughter had very loving care. Happy New Year, Ann Edwin and Zoe Wanlai Ozawa

Hi Zoe Mama,

Did you have a bit of technical difficulties? (*snicker*)

How great that you are also a Pingliang Family. We do not know any other Pingliang Family...there were no others in our travel group. I think it is interesting that our babies were in the SWI together. How old was your daughter when you brought her home?

We did not get to see the SWI. We travelled in mid-December and the weather was about 20 degrees and ice and snow everywhere. Both SWIs (ours and the rest of the travel group) brought the babies to us at the hotel (JJ Sun). We decided that was a blessing because we were really torn about seeing the SWI and this way, we did not have to make that decision.

I would love to hear from you a bit more!
