Slowing Down

We received an official email today stating that proceedures were slowing down in China concerning adoptions. It did not state any reasons why, just acknowledged what we already knew.

We received another email from GWCA today. It contained a statement from the CCAA to explain the slowing process in China. We are asked by GWCA not to make their emails public, but basically it stated that there were fewer children available for adoption, therefore slowing the process. When more children are available, the process will speed up.
